I am an out of state visitor; visiting the family for the holidays . Went into this establishment, ordered an alcoholic beverage. Waiter, asked for my ID and I provided it. He left, the ?manager? came over and asked to then see it. I am fromArizona, where drivers license don?t expire for literally 55 years. My expiration date on my license is 2068, and the managerhad refuse to serve me because he deemed my drivers license as ?fake?. He kept referring to the ?ABC? laws in TN. When I toldhim I?m a military vet, he then asked for my military ID. Which, I don?t carry since it states I?m a vet on my DL. I THEN,pulled up the website for TN Laws for identification for drinking and it states militar...
After waiting thirty minutes for my take-out order, my traditional tacos meal was missing the grilled spring onions and the salsa verde, my favorite part of the meal. I was also disappointed in how little meat was on the tacos, considering the price of the food. Even though I am greatly disappointed in my own experience, I do want to mention the waitress that was working while I was waiting for my food met every table with a smile and was incredibly kind to her customers. She was doing a great job.
We hadn't been there in probably a year. Prices had increased a lot. We had a four year old and the price on the kids menu started at $7.75. We were starved and decided to stay. Our food came out in an adequate amount of time but mine was already cool. The food was average.But, my friend called this morning and said he had been up all night throwing up. He got something different from us. He said it was the food.We won't be going back.

The service is always spot on and the good is delicious and we both agree they have the bestsalsa. They have never messed up an order and for the amount of food we get, the prices are decent. It is our go-to place forMexican food.

As a non-meat eater, my husband and I sometimes struggle to find restaurants that offer a lot of choice for us. Amigos has more than a few vegetarian options. The service is always on site and the good is delicious and we both agree that they have the best salsa. You have never grounded an order and for the amount of food we get, the prices are decent. It's our place for Mexican food.
They don?t rotate tables for servers. The manager gets paid 14 an hour and decides to take tables and tips from the server. The way the tip out works is not from what they make but from the sales, so if they didn?t make anything YEP they tip out OUT OFTHEIR OWN POCKET. what a ridiculous place to eat and the food even authentic, save your money and go to black olive.
We love the food here! I like how chunky the refried beans are. The salsa is good, with just enough spice, but it could use cilantro. Everything we have had is excellent ?
Did a takeout when my sister was here and the food was good. Steak in my quesadilla could have been more tender, but food was ready and hot when I arrived.

Food was good. Service was a little slow but was a busy time of day and we had a large party. Was it the best I ever had? No. Would i eat there again? Yes.
