After waiting thirty minutes for my take-out order, my traditional tacos meal was missing the grilled spring onions and the salsa verde, my favorite part of the meal. I was also disappointed in how little meat was on the tacos, considering the price of the food. Even though I am greatly disappointed in my own experience, I do want to mention the waitress that was working while I was waiting for my food met every table with a smile and was incredibly kind to her customers. She was doing a great job.
We picked up an order that was wrong when we came home? I just called to let her know if she hit another job. I wasn't looking for something extra. The manager I spoke to is also the one who took my phone order, and he went absolutely beyond and beyond to make it right for us. At a time when a great customer service is difficult to reach, I really appreciate the way he has handled everything and we will continue to visit this site. Thank you.
We hadn't been there in probably a year. Prices had increased a lot. We had a four year old and the price on the kids menu started at $7.75. We were starved and decided to stay. Our food came out in an adequate amount of time but mine was already cool. The food was average.But, my friend called this morning and said he had been up all night throwing up. He got something different from us. He said it was the food.We won't be going back.
As a non-meat eater, my husband and I sometimes struggle to find restaurants that offer a lot of choice for us. Amigos has more than a few vegetarian options. The service is always on site and the good is delicious and we both agree that they have the best salsa. You have never grounded an order and for the amount of food we get, the prices are decent. It's our place for Mexican food.
