As a bonus, they treated me to a baklava since it was my first time there. I was particularly impressed with the charred lamb and peppers, which were perfectly seasoned with a subtle touch of spice. We have been searching for a local Mediterranean place and let me tell you, we have FOUND it! We ordered a lot to really get a feel for it: The mini sampler (comes with falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, and dolmas) Mixed kebabs (chicken, kafta, lamb) Chicken shawarma Baklava Genuinely nothing was bad. We visited Amun restaurant for the first time to celebrate my 18th birthday. Our group sampled a variety of dishes, including the beef gyro meal, beef gyro wrap, Mediterranean grilled chicken wrap, mixed kebab meal, kafta kebab meal, roasted veggie entrée (as shown in the picture), dolmas (also pictured), and baklava. Everything was delicious, and we all agreed that their baklava was the best we've ever tasted. The service was outstanding as well—it's a cozy restaurant with very friendly staff. I'm not sure if they've cut costs recently, but my last meal at Amun was quite disappointing. The rice and chicken lacked flavor, and some chicken pieces seemed undercooked. The salad came with only a tiny spoonful of hummus instead of the usual small cup. The worst part was the garlic sauce—it tasted like watered-down garlic flavor. Honestly, it seemed like they diluted an almost empty bottle just to serve us. I'm really disappointed and probably won't be ordering from Amun again. On a positive note, the pita chips were good.

The falafel was rather dry, which is unfortunate because the spices and flavor were quite good. The Greek salad was average; I've definitely had better, but I've also had worse. The dressing was tasty, but the portion in the cup was too small.
The food tastes like it was fried in old oil, and they charge exorbitant prices, assuming you won't notice. This has happened to me three times, and I will never return. Beware!

Amun serves some of the best food in Delco! It’s one of my favorite spots. Everything is always fresh and incredibly tasty!
The Veggie Moussaka is absolutely delicious, and the falafel are honestly the best I've had in Delaware County.
