Whenever we are around Pomona we always get the chicken dinner strip and well is the best. We sit inside the restaurant and while yes some homeless people walk in and many things outside/inside can be an eyesore, no one has ever bothered us in 17yrs. We had never been scared or feel insecure and we have eaten inside when is dark in winter. We just think they definitely nail this particular dish and will continue to come until is not tasty anymore. The cashiers are always nice because we are also nice to them. We have ordered from Angelos many times. This was the first time the food was subpar. I ordered sourdough and received stale white toast. The rye toast was burnt. You only got one bite from that toast. The hasbrowns were cold and tasted stale/old. The bacon was good.
Had to stop n get that chicken n waffle joint...like always they loaded me up wit the fried chicken... big ups to the cook,n keep that formula for the(on point) seasoning!!... Always have enough chicken to feed whoever around me...

I have only gotten food on drive through so I can write about the atmosphere but we love their burgers and fries. sometimes the fries do have alot of salt but we fix it by shaking it off.
onion rings could use a bit more salt but D*MN THIS BAG IS HUGE great value
The fries are my favorite, and the cheeseburger tastes like my childhood.
