I reported my experience to corporate and shared it on Twitter. I took part in a dads and grads promotion through the app, purchasing a $25 gift card to receive a QR code for a free 6-inch sub. The coupon allowed me to order any sub, though add-ons or other promotions couldn't be combined. I chose the Turkey Cali Club, which comes with Belgioioso mozzarella and avocado by default and is clearly advertised on the menu. This isn't even the priciest sub—the "beast" holds that title and is also eligible for the free 6-inch option.

I visited this Subway location to order a BMT and arrived at 6:50 PM. Although the "Open" sign was lit, the employee inside was sweeping and indicated that they were closed. The front door wasn’t locked, so I walked in and asked if they usually closed at 7:00 PM. She told me that, in fact, they closed at 6:30 PM that day, depending on how busy they were. As I was leaving, a couple came up, and I mentioned that the staff had said they were closed. It would be beneficial for them to display their hours more clearly. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider returning to this Subway. I'm quite disappointed.
The Hispanic staff here are very kind and friendly, but unfortunately, the Middle Eastern man and woman can be quite rude. When taking orders, they often speak disrespectfully and make unpleasant expressions. The most frustrating part is when they rush outside as soon as you park next to their car, even though the lot isn’t reserved for the restaurant. If they can’t manage the job politely, maybe this isn’t the right place for them. Despite this, it won’t stop me from coming back; looks like I’ve found a new parking spot!
The low rating is a result of issues with coupon acceptance at this Subway location. Customers are required to mention any coupons they have before placing their order in order to get approval. The staff informed me that, in most cases, the owner does not accept buy-one-get-one coupons. During my most recent visit, the employees did approve my BOGO coupon, but they advised me to seek approval beforehand next time.

The staff at this location are quite rude and lack basic courtesy. I've been to other Subway restaurants, and I can confidently say this one has the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Breakfast at Subway is an excellent experience! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and every choice is delicious!
