This is a spot on authentic, Italian deli, whether your wanting to grab a quick bite to eat or find all the ingredients you'll need for a authentic Italian dinner, Angelo's is the right place to go. From home made baguettes, fresh made from scratch noodels fresh made garlic spread fresh made pesto. Did I mention they made a lot of their stuff from scratch. Ther prosciutto is the best I've ever had. I'm telling you, you expect your nonnuccio Nonnina (little Italian grand father and grandmother) to hand you your food along with a hug and a kiss goodbye.
After a long day at the beach, I’m happy to say I’ve discovered my new favorite lunch spot in Seal. I had the Calabrese sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—packed with meat, served on fresh bread, and just the right amount of dressing. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Inside, there are a few small tables, and on the right side of the shop, there’s a delightful little Italian market. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience on my first visit! The service was extremely friendly, and the food was fresh and served right at the table. The meatballs topped with melted cheese and sauce were great, as was the veggie lasagna, especially the daily special. The toasted prosciutto melt with arugula was absolutely delicious—full of flavor! They also offer a selection of pasta, cheese, sauces, and more for sale.

Good food and atmosphere. You can smell the spices a half block away. Could anything be better than that? Pasta dishes are served in a pan with plenty to take home after. Sauces are pastas are made on site. Very fresh. Has an east coast vibe, which doesn't imply sophistication but authenticity.
So you do not have to travel all the way to Italy to find happiness. It can be found right here in Belmont Shore Long Beach. Angelo's Italian Deli has it all here waiting for you. Tons of pasta choices, wine , paninis subs,. Do not forget leave the gun take the cannolis. Tasty Tasty.
Amazing food and personnel. I like the old school vibe. I usually get the Torpido sandwich but pasta dishes are amazing also. Lasagna lunch will give me three meals. And I can eat lasagna for breakfast.
I eat here every time I visit California. The homemade ravioli with pesto feels like a warm embrace. I really appreciate the vibe of this local family-owned business.

This place never disappoints! Be sure to ask for extra green garlic sauce whenever you can. It's the best local sandwich shop we have in Long Beach!
