In fact, it explicitly states that the restaurant does not accept special requests through the app. This is confusing because when ordering directly from Romeo’s app, I can make modifications like removing Capone sauce and adding garlic. Additionally, it's not just a "special request" to ask for something I’ve already paid for, like the garlic cup. The person on the phone suggested I ask my DoorDasher for these items and "hope for the best." Ever since I tried Romeo’s, I rarely get pizza from other places. They have the style that suits my taste. I’ve not had any issues in my last 4 orders and new Italiano was great. I used to think all pizza joints are all the same but Romeo has shown me otherwise. I’ve only done carry outs and haven’t had any issues.
Consistently good food, prepared quickly, though a little pricey. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian pizza toppings but could have more. There are salads available as well. Cauliflower wings would be nice, perhaps pickle chips. Vegetarian appetizers, in other words.
I usually take advantage of the Tuesday BOGO deal. They can get quite busy lately, so there might be a slight wait for your order, but it's definitely worth it. The pizza is always fresh, and I often buy it for my team at work—everyone absolutely loves it!

100% chance they will forget the sauces you ordered. Been ordering for a year because I love the pizza but 80% of the time my order is missing stuff especially any sauce I order.
My order took a while to arrive, but when I mentioned it, they actually issued a refund! That was really impressive customer service. On a side note, the pizza was fantastic!
