Ani Ramen House is a hidden gem in Cranford, New Jersey. It's a small, cozy restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is simply delicious.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ani Ramen House with my cousins, who are longtime residents of Cranford. They brought me to their favorite restaurant, and I immediately fell in love with it.I ordered the Shoyu Ramen, and it was one of the best bowls of ramen I've ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The toppings were generous and delicious, and the overall presentation was beautiful.I also tried the chicken karaage, which was crispy and juicy on t...

I'll fully admit, I lived in Japan several years and I have become something of a ramen snob when it comes to places back in the States. If you aren't picky when it comes to ramen, I'm sure you will enjoy it for what it is. So you can ignore this review, I'm really writing this for people who are picky when it comes to Ramen. For me, it all tasted cheap, noodles were undercooked, broth was bland, and it was probably the smallest portion of ramen that I have ever been given.Staff was nice, nothing wrong with service at when I went. But this is not Japanese ramen, its very much an Asian fusion ramen, and personally I wont be repeating my visit.

Have eaten at the Summit Maplewood locations. Food was excellent. I wish we could tell you about the food at the Cranford location. We were seated. Around the corner. The restaurant was mostly empty. No one came to ask for a drink or food order. We sat for over 15 minutes. They seated others. Then a few minutes later we left. At the door they thanked us for coming. We quickly mentioned no one took our order. The person then ignored us and turned their head. Thankfully we walked to a nearby restaurant that was excellent and attentive. Zero stars.

great food and even better service! one star less only because they don't have the traditional tonkatsu (pork broth) and charge extra for an egg and there was no narutomaki (stuff that usually comes with Japanese ramen). the menu is small and simple. I'd definitely recommend the edamame, the wings and the shoyu ramen! The chefs special was good but the shoyu was better! our server Bianca was absolutely phenomenal and even hooked us up with a cucumber salad which was also delicious! a+! First, I am a frequent flyer at Ani Ramen. I have been to this one and others several times previously, but this past Tuesday was an Amazing food experience. The flavor of the broth along with the prep of the veggies in our Chef Special with chicken and shrimp was talked about even the next day. Well done!

I absolutely love Ani Ramen! The food is top-notch! Their bao buns are exceptional, the ramen is incredibly tasty, and the service is fast! You can enjoy a lively atmosphere by dining in, or opt for takeout to savor the delicious flavors from home. The quality never disappoints!

I love ani ramen, their ramen is delicious, filling and very warming. It's definitely most cozy during fall/winter season, and I always leave happy. I did take out this time at the new Cranford location but atmosphere seemed chill, relaxed and food was extremely fresh.

The food is excellent, but the prices are becoming excessive. They're consistently much higher than any other ramen spots in this area or in downtown Westfield and Millburn. Even for smaller appetizers, $10 for edamame feels a bit outrageous. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I always come here if im craving Ramen. If you come here ask for Bianca, she is by far one of the most kindest, and sweetest waitresses you ever will meet.
