I was a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know also loved them), often order food here and one of the things I really love from them is their soup. So I sent them by email to ask when they got soup and I was told they would try again on Monday. What I was excited and came on Monday, I went to the soup by Grubhub. There was an error message to me and said that this restaurant can't finish orders now. Please try again later or choose another restaurant. I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make your order whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to get warm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I ordered there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I?ve witnessed several people returning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interes...
Loved the simple order, the fast service and the delicious food. We weren't kicked out and had a relaxed time. Great place to eat and enjoy a delicious meal!
Salad with real taste and a variety of textures. Definitely hard to find when I eat, and the smoothie also tasted fresh. Hopefully back!
