I recently dined at Anthony Mario's for the first time on a Tuesday at 11:45 AM. I was surprised to find a staircase right as I entered. I went down into a cozy, speakeasy-inspired basement where the pizzeria is located. For my meal, I ordered the Peppers Onions Marinara Linguini and enjoyed it while watching a former president being arrested on Fox News. They also served some warm bread, which was a delightful addition. Overall, I thought my lunch was fantastic. I decided to try a slice of pizza as well; however, they only offer cheese pizza by the slice. It was smaller than the large slices you might find in NYC, but still quite satisfying.

The prices are quite reasonable, with a large cheese pizza costing $10 and an extra $2 for pepperoni on half. The pizza was ready in no time, but we found the flavor a bit lacking. Additionally, there was a 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card, which adds up. Overall, while it’s not the cheapest option we've encountered, it's still more affordable than other places we've visited. We opted for takeout service.

The pizza was fresh and loaded with toppings, but there was hardly any sauce. Service was excellent during delivery. For dinner, it cost around $30–50 per person. Overall, I rated the food a 2 and the service a 5.
