I had a terrible experience celebrating my 21st birthday. I went to the restaurant hoping to enjoy myself, but it was quite disappointing. I was quietly sitting by myself, not being loud at all, when the bartender, Brittany, cut me off and abruptly handed me the bill. I felt really disrespected, especially since others around me were drinking much more — some had around ten drinks including heavy mixed drinks, while I had only five beers. This place really ruined my birthday, making me feel like a minor rather than a customer. I definitely wouldn’t return, and the food wasn’t great either; I’ve had much better Italian food in Brooklyn, NY. To top it off, I spent $63 on drinks but didn’t have...
Came with my friend on our dinner break. Not only did I feel rushed when I walked in but the server wasn’t very helpful with questions. When we first walked in to order we weren’t greeted and the server was very rude. After my friend ordered and had paid in cash she slammed his receipt and coins on the table. Then I had paid with a card and she did the same thing and didn’t even hand me a pen but expected me to hurry up and sign. Horrible experience. Will not return.
I tried to give this restaurant several chances to prove themselves, but tonight was the final straw. I ordered two deluxe hamburgers, but the fries were burnt and hard. The tomatoes still had the stem attached. Prior to this, I had requested no cheese on my meatball sub, but it came with cheese anyway. When I called to address the issue, the young lady who answered was rude and didn’t offer any solutions. Instead, she asked me what I wanted her to do.
I really enjoy coming here. I feel like this restaurant has some of the most polite wait staff ever. I haven’t tried many things as I always get the chicken Marsala which is great. Dinner bread includes two garlic knots which are really good Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Overall, it's a good restaurant, but it feels quite different from the other Antonella's I've visited. The Antonella's in Hyde Park only offers dine-in, while this one has a bar.
We been getting heros and going to the free concerts on Wed. Eves. Good food service
