Our last order was about 2-3 weeks ago. We opted for pickup to save time, and I asked for the receipt three times, but she ignored me. Eventually, I had to reach over and grab it off the register myself, which turned out to be fortunate because I discovered we had been overcharged by $25 for items we didn’t order, want, or receive. When I called to report this, I spoke with a gentleman who resolved the issue nicely, and I appreciated that.
Tonight, I tried ordering a pizza but had to repeat my order for a cheesesteak Sicilian pizza six times. Either she couldn’t hear me or just didn’t understand. When I asked to speak with someone else who could help me, I was rudely told no. I understand i...
The pizza here is exceptional! Any negative comments about the woman at the counter likely stem from a lack of understanding of cultural differences. Each time I've visited, the register is managed by an elderly lady who clearly hails from Italy. It's possible that she doesn't prioritize American social niceties or trying to please customers, and that's perfectly okay. It doesn’t affect the quality of the food at all, and I've never been offended or even thought twice about it.
I waited over an hour to be served and was extremely disappointed with the service. After all that waiting, they brought me the wrong food, so I had to wait for them to remake it. I even stood at the counter for 20 minutes before the guy on his cellphone bothered to acknowledge me. I will never return to this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone; they clearly don’t put in any effort!
2 of the employees were actually trying their best to be nice and smile and such. Food was terrible. If I wanna eat salt, I'll eat salt and not their pizza. Atmosphere is kinda bland and it feels like I'm sitting in a balloon: there's just an empty feeling. I think that someone gave up on trying to improve their situation and not fix the company. I hope it gets better at some point.

This place is about 5 blocks from my house but I was feeling lazy so I opted for delivery. About an Hour later I received my food and it didn’t disappoint. 1 plain pizza and a meatball parm sub. Even with the slow delivery, the food was excellent. I highly recommended the meatballs!!
Absolutely amazing food. Star is taken off because service was delayed and came in waves. Also for how greasy some of the food is napkins could be of a better quality. Do not come here expecting healthy food come here expecting to be filled with delicious greasy goodness from Italy.
A wonderful family owned pizzeria and restaurant with delicious food either to dine in or take out/delivery too!, the pizza sauce is homemade and delicious
All I can say is get down there and try something new. Great service and an owner that truly cares about everyone who walks through the front door.

One of the best sausage pies I've had since moving to PA. Crisp crust but not overly so. Will be back and would recommend
