I ordered a side salad and, when I got home and opened it up, I found that the lettuce was brown. There was also half a cup of water at the bottom of the container, and there were no cucumbers or tomatoes included. Instead of ranch dressing, I received tartar sauce. I called the restaurant to inform them about the quality of their salads, but I wasn't about to drive back for a $2.50 salad. Unfortunately, I was hung up on twice during my call. The service was terrible, and the food was equally disappointing. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. This makes three strikes, so we won’t be returning.
In summary, I placed my order at the Bountiful drive-thru and was asked to wait in a pickup spot that was already taken. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes in a different stall and never received my food. I then went back through the drive-thru and spent another 12-15 minutes waiting while the staff didn’t seem to do anything. Eventually, I just asked for a refund, which they provided along with a box of cold food that didn’t match my order. My dog did enjoy the pastrami burger, though! Overall, I would rate the customer service and effort as zero stars.
This is the last time I'm ordering anything grin here! First I order my drink with no ice and when I refuse it with ice im tsked and eye rolled at, at the window by employee. Second time at drive thru that my Gyro meat was ice cold and half frozen! My daughter's Bacon Cheese Burger is raw and cold in the middle!
This is how your 3300 south location upsells a large shake. I feel like filling a small cup up and then putting it into a large cup is not a large shake. Horrible business model legit will never go to this location again

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you with whatever you need. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend this place—you won't be disappointed!
Truly one of my favorite places to eat a delicious burger. I live so far away but heard they have a truck now. if so I am hoping they come to Salem or Spanish Fork and Payson yum!
