We were in the middle of a family wake and we had a lot of people that wanted to come to both the afternoon session and the evening session. At 3:30 I called Tre Scalini and ask them if they could accommodate a party of approximately 10 people in 45 minutes. They said they could and they did. The service was wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was handled so professionally. I'm not sure of our waiter name, but he was just fantastic. On a positive note, the energy from the performers was fantastic; the singers had great vibes, but the setup was a bit awkward. They performed in the middle of the dining area rather than on a stage, which didn’t help with the flow of traffic. The speakers were placed right next to the tables, making it quite loud when the singer tried to hit some high notes. Everyone seemed to enjoy the music, and I was having a good time as well, but the atmosphere felt more suited for older guests celebrating birthdays, which some were.

This family-owned restaurant is truly a labor of love! Our experience here was fantastic, from the warm welcome to the delicious food. The hospitality is simply unmatched! We were there to help a lovely family celebrate 40 years of love, and it couldn't have been better. The food just kept coming in generous portions. I enjoyed some fried calamari, chicken parmesan, penne vodka pasta, salad, and wine. I even tried the famous Momawanna (I hope I spelled that right!). Let’s just say I indulged quite a bit, haha. My family and I visited this restaurant as a group of 25 following a funeral service. The restaurant was accommodating to our large reservation, and service was quick and friendly. They have a large dining room with plenty of seating, but parking was a little complicated for those of us not from Farmingdale. Before the meal we were served bread and butter which was nice, though oil and spices would have been a nice touch for an Italian restaurant. Everyone in the party enjoyed their meal I personally had the Farfalle Al Pesto which was amazing! We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday May 6, 2023. We made reservations for 4 people the day prior for 7pm. Recommend making reservations. Service was very good. They were attentive to our needs. We ordered two salads and each salad was enough for two people to share. I chose the eggplant over pasta for my dinner and it was delicious! I loved the pasta sauce! We all raved about the food we got.
Appalling service: 1. I had to go into the kitchen to request bread. 2. The baked clams appetizer was served lukewarm. 3. I wasn't informed about the specials, even though other diners were. 4. I waited so long for my salad and then dinner that I thought they had forgotten about my party. I will never return; if you want to take your chances, go ahead.
Had birthday party and was promised the whole front room but he has other customers in the room so the seating was not adequate very uncomfortable food was okay but the appetizers were very scarce some in the party received nothing' the owner is very friendly I just wish he would update the restaurant and improve the health score
This Italian restaurant is a gem; we went yesterday for lunch for the first time with my family ; the service was quick and friendly, we had Mike as waiter he was great! food was delicious and prices are reasonable; we wanted to stay longer but we were worried about the 2 hour parking other than that we want to go back.

Too bad. Food is and has always been great here. For some god awful reason they have tone deaf singers performing way too loud.
