Late check-in (4 hours, wthout being informed) so we were stuck with no shower prior to evening function and babystter sat with kids when the cleaner came. No customer service (no one answered emergency number) during the stay, or emails, or called me to recitify problems. 3 towels for 4 guests and half a role of toilet paper only. 1 tea bag. No coffee. Old food in fridge, old flowers on coffee table and a pair of underware on the floor. It was really gross and so disappointing for what was the end of an otherwise delightful trip. Het is een fijn hotel, het enige minpuntje is dat we een 3 persoonskamer hadden gereserveerd en dat we toen maar 2 bedden hadden. Dit is daarentegen wel heel goed opgelost. Het is heel fijn dat het hotel zo dicht bij het centrum zit, en we hebben een smartphone te leen gekregen waarmee we onbeperkte data hebben en altijd Google Maps etc kunnen gebruiken.
Great location for Covent Garden, Soho etc. Small apartment but well fitted. Technology features are unnecessary lighting and tablet didn't all work. Bed was a bit too soft.
Good Place nice modern up-to-date electronics wife was upset because there was no full length mirror i didn't notice that good staff very very quiet
