They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). After attending an 8th-grade graduation, we visited this restaurant. They were quite short-staffed during our visit. Our waiter was one of just two and was managing 3-4 other tables. We were seated quickly and had barely been there for 10 minutes when the manager, Jeff if I recall correctly, came over to let us know he would assist us until the waitress was able to catch up. He was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The waitress did eventually introduce herself, but she was still quite busy. Both of them were very nice and truly enhanced our experience.
I really enjoy this Applebee's. While I'm not their biggest fan, my friends and family love it, and I never leave with a bad experience. However, the menu rarely changes, which can be a bit tiring since I've been coming here since I was a kid. The service is always decent—neither particularly great nor terrible. The half-off appetizers and the dollar Mar-no-Rita special can get a little dull. That said, it's a relaxed place to hang out. It's pretty much like any other Applebee's, and overall, they’re all just fine.
After I ordered a second drink and my aunt her first, the waitress seemed to disappear. I caught the attention of a manager who asked me to hold on, but unfortunately, she never came over to address our concerns. As the place started getting busier, it remained quite laid back, but the staff seemed inattentive, which might stem from the management. What you see is what you get at Applebees. Please don't come here expecting more than what it is. I prefer Applebees over TGI, Olive Garden, etc. it's definitely way better quality. My tip is to also go when they're not super busy so you can get better service and food! My meal was delicious! Would only come back to this one or the one in Columbia. Location also matters!
I visited this restaurant for the first time after a hectic morning, and I was warmly welcomed and seated right away. I ordered the fried chicken salad and the fried wonton tacos, both of which were absolutely delicious. The drinks were fantastic, and Brandon provided exceptional service! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return.
I tried a new dish—a steak and cheese sub on a cheese roll, accompanied by onion soup and fries—and it was absolutely delicious and fresh. I always receive five-star service at this location. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. They have an excellent management team and staff who are always ready to assist you.
My boyfriend and I ordered the same dinner. It was the Bouborn Street Chicken Shrimp with Toss Salad instead of mashed potatoes, and glass of Moscato. It was delicious . Great lighting lol. Food was delicious better than the Catonsville location. Waitress was very attentive even while being very busy. The Spooky Tipsy Zombie cocktail was really just juice but overall nice dining experience for your that won't break the bank.
