The staff worked together seamlessly to offer excellent service and create a delightful experience. They were very professional and even apologetic when there were slight delays, but it was really not an issue at all. I had the delicious chicken and shrimp, while my wife and daughter enjoyed a burger and a sandwich. We also had drinks and an appetizer, which brought our total to $63. The food and beverages were served at a nice pace, allowing us to enjoy each other's company. Everything arrived hot and fresh. Thank you!
Applebee's is a lovely restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I really appreciate how cozy and comfortable it feels. The highlight of my visit was definitely the server; she was incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, my food was not as impressive. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, but it was way too salty for my taste. I wish I had opted for the Whiskey Burger instead, as I've had it before and it’s excellent.
We visited on Mother's Day, and our server, Kya, was very polite, friendly, and understanding. Great job showcasing excellent customer service skills! However, my wife and I did notice that the front end could use some improvement; it felt a bit quiet, and the staff seemed somewhat unresponsive, which came across as a bit rude.
