Our server was Jaimie W. She was polite in the beginning, but when my friend placed the order, she was a little shocked we knew what we wanted. Then, she brought us the bill halfway through the meal without asking us if we wanted anything nor if the food was good. It felt like we were being rushed right out of the restaurant without a care. We were going to do the molten lava cake as dessert but decided not to as we must have been a burden to her.We got the appetizer sampler. The spinach-artichoke dip was good, but the chips were stale. We went on a Friday night as we were passing through the area. The wait was about 1/2 hour, and it was fun to watch the hostess tell would be patrons different wait times. High school kids were usually told 45 minutes, while everyone was told between 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. The restaurant was very clean and the waitress was really efficient. Food was good and at a reasonable price. I had the ribs, I ordered the 1/2 portion which was more like an appetizer then a meal. My mother in law obtained the strawberry salad which was quite large. We went for dinner. The food was delicious as usual and the server was extremely nice and friendly. The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because it was a little busier than usual and I saw the manager step in to help the servers deliver food to the tables. He was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed, he was very upbeat. I just thought that was super cool of him to do. Not many managers step in to help like that. I wish I would've gotten his name. He deserves to be recognized. We can't wait to come back!
I don't understand the hate on this place. Applebee's is always good and is consistent. Their options are fairly wide and delicious. They always have a comfortable and clean atmosphere. It's your typical chain restaurant and there is a reason why there are so many of them. Drinks are good too.

All i really wanted was a salad. And this place really just let rotten lettuce sit on top of it. CLEAN YOUR RESTURANT AND KEEP YOUR FOOD UP TO DATE!! Disgusting, Ordered a shrimp parm topped 8 ounce steak also. Medium. It came to me charred and shrunken like crazy.
3 cheese noodles with chicken fingers and bread stick but he wasn't so happy with the noodles and cheese was watery so he couldn't taste it. I had the 8oz steak with amazing buttery mash potatoes and steamed broccoli which I truly enjoyed
It wasn't a horrible place I wasn't a huge fan of the food but the major downfall was the waiter didn't ask me (a 4'6 16 year old) whether I wanted a kids menu so I had to share a menu with someone else at my table
