Do not use credit/debit cards with this establishment!!! I used my card to leave a $5 tip but was charged $10 for the tip. I called the establishment and the manager stated I would receive a gift card via email. Of course, I never got it. After 7 days of still not received the gift card, I called the establishment but was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and I couldn’t stay on any longer. I’ll never return back to AppleThieves again!
We wanted over an hour after being seated, and it took 10 minutes for the waitstaff to service us. They gave us to menus that had hard food inside. When the manager came out with food, he was dripping sweat from his head. We asked for sauce because our pasta was dry, and it never came. We got our check and left never to return again. My recommendation is to never go there. This use to be my favorite location. I'm done.
My husband and I went to the Havertown location and were very pleased.. The food was delicious, the restaurant was very clean, and the service was amazing. We had a waitress by the name of Dee Dee. She was so good that I asked to see the manager to let him know how great she was. He was very nice as well. We will certainly go back!
Server did not place my order in the system and then disappeared after giving everyone else their food. So I had to wait until everyone else was done eating to even get my order put in. And the food was actually horrible. Shame. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food, it was more or less, I ordered a non-alcoholic piña colada, and it was a little watery, I didn't like it. They need better quality.
Aj was the best!! He made our visit memorable and made my lil girl’s bday awesome. If I had servers like him everywhere it would be the best!
I swung in with my family for Lunch, had an amazing lunch. Staff, service was friendly and timely. Food was great, I will visit again.
