I got food poisoning due to completely raw chicken that was served to me. As I struggled with nausea and fear, the manager's lack of concern and apathy towards my distress was utterly appalling. Her indifference to my suffering only added insult to injury. Adding to the frustration, the absence of any paperwork for incident reporting left me feeling utterly disregarded.
