I had a fantastic experience for my first time at Fast Cat Coffee, I ordered a Caramel Latte and a Brisket grilled cheese sandwich. The coffee tasted authentic and rich, not like the over sweetened coffee you would get at Starbucks/Dutch Bros. My brisket was also amazing, great quality meat/cheese/sauce, I would definitely order it again. Inside has many great places to sit and read inside, and a lot of natural lighting from the windows. I found it to be a great spot to chill while I waited for my oil change to be completed at a nearby automotive repair shop. Lastly the customer service was 5 stars, my server Dolly was very kind to me and all the other customers who came in while I was there...
I found a high table by the window that had an outlet right underneath it, perfect for charging my Chromebook. I ordered a dark mocha, and it was fantastic—unlike other coffee shops, their mocha sauce isn't overly sugary. The barista who prepared my drink was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the menu since it was my first visit. He had such a great personality! Although I didn't try the grilled cheese this time, I definitely plan to do so in the future.

I visited Fast Cat Coffee for the first time and tried the blackberry coffee with white mocha. I have to say, it was fantastic! If you enjoy sweet coffee that still has that coffee flavor, definitely give the blackberry white mocha a try! I also had the "Wake Up in Guanajuato" grilled cheese, but I added chicken to it. It came with a delicious homemade salsa as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of both the coffee and the food. Additionally, the customer service was excellent—very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially for the coffee!
Wonderful establishment! I chose the delightful and refreshing Orchard King granny Smith apple slices, smoked Gouda, strawberry vinaigrette, and another cheese in grilled sourdough. Heavenly, just heavenly! My dining partner got the Brisket and Tomato Soup. She loved it! I tasted the soup and OH MY GAWD what a dance in my mouth!

I passed by this local gem several times but finally decided to stop in this morning. My husband and I were blown away by the delicious coffee, breakfast sandwich, and muffins. Dolly, the owner, is truly amazing and takes great pride in her coffee shop. This was our first visit, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you!
Food was amazing!! Fresh ingredients and all was freshly made. Coffee was great too. The tomato soup was also definitely worth coming back for. “Weird though, I thought it might be cat themed given the name. It’s definitely fast themed though.” my husband
The sandwiches are a pretty decent size and theyre very filling. They taste good depending on what you get. Real eggs chicken. Their coffee is good but not great. Place is clean and spacious, 7/10 would reccomend. Its good stuff.

I stopped for coffee and had to get a sandwich based on the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen. The grilled cheese, Midtown Morning, was creamy and perfect for a cold winter morning. I will definitely return.
Excellent grilled sandwiches, the best we've found in Sacramento. Crisp but soft and juicy inside. Perfectly cooked. We ordered the Hog and the Old Town Brooklyn. Yum!
