When I was a restaurant owner, I went to a conference and this famous chef said that the most consistent thing about Applebee is how inconsistent they are. As mentioned below, there are things that come with a meal that sometimes you do not get with your meal. We usually eat here once a week.

Was here a few years ago and had good service back then. Came back last week and was blown away. The food was excellent as expected, but the customer service was the best I had in a brand restaurant in the last 15 years. Can't wait to go back!
