My first experience at this restaurant was far from pleasant. I came here on a Saturday night at 6 PM to meet a friend, and surprisingly, the place wasn't busy at all. Unfortunately, they kept messing up our order, and my plate of food never arrived. The gentleman who took our order admitted that he had forgotten to put it in, which really ruined our evening. Throughout our visit, the staff never checked in to see if everything was okay. We had to repeatedly ask one of the servers for assistance, and some of the staff members seemed to have an attitude. Went in for happy hour with some coworkers.There was a couple waiting to be seated in front of me when I came in. A couple of employees were standing there and after a couple of minutes sat the couple. I was then finally greeted by the host once they figured out I was not with the couple they just sat.This wasn't my first time at this location. The service and food is always mediocre. I joined our group after a couple of people had already been seated. The server came by the table to drop off one of the drinks that was ordered and told me I had to wait to order my drink instead of asking what I would like. She also ordered the wrong apps for us, and never brought the water that was ordered.O...
I haven't been to Applebee's in two years, and now I remember why. I ordered two meals—one for my wife and one for myself—but I would advise against ordering the steak. The meat had a sour smell, possibly indicating it was spoiled before cooking. When I mentioned this, the waitresses offered to prepare another meal, but we declined. On a positive note, the chicken was good, but I never encountered a manager during our visit. It was 9 PM, and with only two groups in the restaurant, it took us 45 minutes to be served. This isn’t good for business, but it seems like no one cares about that aspect. Is it just me or is it getting worse? Sorry, but this is the reality of my experience.
One unfortunate mix-up involved a dish with bacon being served to my friend, who is Muslim. When we requested a salad instead, the server refused, claiming the manager had said no. However, when we asked to speak to the manager, she said it was perfectly fine to make the substitution, which left us wondering if the server was either lying or simply being lazy.
To top it all off, the restaurant had a strong sewer smell. Overall, this dining experience was terrible, and I won’t be returning.

I was given a job interview for a dishwasher position at this company, but it was unexpectedly cancelled without any proper explanation. This made me question their commitment to diversity and inclusion in their hiring practices. Also, Discrimination should not be tolerated in any form, and it is important that it is spoken up against.
We enjoyed a satisfying Sunday lunch. The service was excellent, and the food was just right! They prepared my steak perfectly rare as requested, and I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks.
The waiters took the order and it took them more than 1 hour to serve 2 hamburgers and it was not busy, there were no people at all.
