Listen up! The food and the service is bomb but you’ve gotta see Alexis specifically! She goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy EVERY SINGLE TIME! Whether it be the drinks, food, explaining a dish or just casual conversation if you’ve had a rough day... ask for her and 100% your day will get better! I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and if it weren’t for her and the new BOH staff I’d be frequenting somewhere else. Together, they make this place amazing. 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back probably tmrw.
I only gave this restaurant 5 stars because of the exceptional service from our waiter and the delicious food. Our waiter was fantastic - very attentive, helpful, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately, the hostess was not as great - she was nice but forgot to give us menus even after we asked twice, and we never received our appetizer. However, the waiter made up for it by giving us a discount. Overall, my friend and I were very happy with our food, and I had the best meal at Applebee's for the first time.
Mary was exceptional as our server. In the current Covid-19 pandemic, we have experienced subpar service at other restaurants due to understaffing or exhausted employees. However, Mary was friendly, energetic, and attentive to all her tables. She was knowledgeable, patient, and quick with refills. As someone with experience in the industry, I truly admired her work ethic and would hire someone like her in a heartbeat. The food was also delicious. We will definitely be returning in the future.
I am thrilled to be able to visit restaurants again! We only had to wait 6 minutes despite being told it would be a 20-minute wait. The host was incredibly helpful and polite, and our server was sweet, friendly, and efficient. Even when busy, she got our food out promptly. I will definitely be returning, not just for the food but also because the hospitality was exceptional. Our server's names were Barbi and Elizabeth, and you can't go wrong with either of them.

This restaurant is top notch and I am always happy to come here! I had Jordan as my server and my mind was chased by her great service. She was very sweet and was amazing at her job. The food was simply spectacular and my whole experience was phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend to come here
I visited this restaurant with my mother and two daughters for a quick meal. Upon checking in, we were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary appetizer. However, we had some difficulty deciding which one to choose.
Took a while to be seated but I was with a big party. The staff was great they made sure all our food came out at the same time. Our food was delicious. Keep up the good work applebee's
We came to this restaurant for my mother-in-law's birthday and the food was excellent, as was the service! She was surprised with a complimentary dessert, which really made her day.

I had Ashely as a server she was really nice and she was just all around great every thing came quick and she kept coming back to make sure everything was okay
The service was friendly and attentive. The ribeye steak was superb, and they had a great selection of bottled and draft beers.
