Horrible experience. First we were standing at the door for about 8 minutes before someone even came to seat us. They take us (4 adults 2 children) to 2 tables. She was going to put them together. One of the table legs was broken but she was still going to seat us there. Then she got mad when 1 of us asked to sit at the booth. She said, Well that's not my section and I was trying to keep all my tables together. The booth table was dirty. We had to ask for a cloth to clean it. We got our food, 3 of them sirloin steaks 3 medium. We received 1 extra well done, 1 well, 1 medium rare. We never received a refill on our drinks. I had drank my drink before our food even came. We walked in tonight and the entire restaurant smelled. There were only a few people sitting at the tables, but my wife and I saw at least 10 tables that were not cleaned and had old food on them. The bartender, host, and a member from the cook staff were leaning on the bar talking and no one made any effort to clean. We waited a few minutes and decided to leave. If the front of the restaurant looked that bad who knew what the kitchen looked like. Was one of our favorite places to go, but it has been going downhill and today was the what did us in. Hope they can get back on track one day, but we will not be going to this location for a long time.
My experience this time was horrible. First, the place was dirty and once we got seated it took forever for us to get a waiter. The sodas were flat, and the food took FOREVER to get to our table (only for 3 people) the manager was yelling at the workers very loudly and being rude. My order was wrong, and the employees never checked in on us and always had their backs turned when we had a question. Overall, this experience was the worst dining experience ive had in YEARS. If i could give a negative rating I would. Management was terrible and ruined a night with my family. Never going back, LOL!
We decided to try Applebee's for dinner. The steaks were perfect. My bread stick was so hard until I could had broken my plate with it. They gave me another bread stick. The waitress would disappear. She turned a 8.00 tip into a 2.00 tip.

Only positive is you'll get seated quick. From the state of our food I can understand why nobody is ever there. Cold appetizer and by far the worst ribeye I've ever had. Steer clear unless you're just wanting to grab a beer.
It was a good visit, came here with some friends. It was not busy at all. I had the new neighborhood double burger. It was good. I do wish the patties were a little bigger though. Sorry forgot to take a photo of it
Food is good. Seamsike the portions are getting smaller and prices are going up. I understand that Covid has impacted and is causing this. I hope when everything gets back to normal so won't portions and prices
The bartenders are great but the corporate people need to realise that happy hours are were you make some money. They stop happy hour again so I can guarantee they've lost business just like me and my friends

The food was pretty okay, I tend to have not great experiences at any Applebee's but it was pretty decent this time. There were a few issues with my friend's food, but we enjoyed what we got anyway.
Good sandwich turkey side salad and a tea. $20.00 Has been a long time. Prices must have gone up..??
