There’s always room for improvement, they just need to find it. My food (bourbon street chicken and shrimp) came out burnt with hardly any flavor, and the waiter rarely checked on our table, but thankfully someone else did step in. I get that certain days can be overwhelming with tons of customers, but if Gordon Ramsey were treated in that fashion he would get up and walk away.
Loved our experience! Super friendly staff, delicious food. We didn't have time wait for our food as they brought our salads right out and just a few minutes later they brought our food. Clean bathrooms, awesome staff!Parking: Big parking lot. We were able to get a handicap spot right away.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu, and a paper menu for the kids to color.
Terrible service...We waited at the front to be seated and left after like 10 minutes of nobody acknowledging us. So many other better spots to eat don't waste your time here unless you're willing to wait forever for mediocre food.

Do not expect them to deliver your food to your car, even if you have requested it. The blackened shrimp fettuccine was tasty. The whiskey cheeseburger was good, but the fries were not very impressive.
Of all the items on the menu we've tried, the only thing good we've gotten was their burgers. Don't order a steak unless you like fat and gristle. The service is awful.
Food was ok, very friendly staff.There are no lights at all in the parking lot, making it pretty sketchy unsafe feeling. I would not bring the family back at night.

Our waitress was super accommodating. I just had surgery, so she put us in a quiet booth. Food was good, not exceptional.
