A party of 4 we decided to try this location l after 10pm for the half price appetizer specials. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman who asked us how many was in our party. After we told him he said the host will be right with us. I'm not sure why he asked if someone else was going to come but she did and asked us how many in our party and sat us immediately. We sat for over 10 minutes with no one coming to greet us. I had to go talk to a manager before we could get service. We were putting on our coats to leave when Dominque walked over to us. DONT GO HERE!!!! Place is horrible the service was bad the food was mid. Got our first order wrong. Then second order wrong never wrote it down to make sure she got it right??? What!! Didn't want to order more stuff since she didn't wanna write it down or make sure it was correct. And brought us 1 ranch and said the rest was locked up and she didn't have access ??? Mind blowing! Then our server started cleaning and sweeping around us and putting chairs up and never asked us if we needed a refill? And she had 3-4 kids with her pretty much the whole time. She blamed the cook for not getting our order right and not proving us with ranch. And at the the end of it all she's like no cans tip??haha...
The food was bad. I ordered a kid's sized chicken Alfredo with a side of broccoli. It looked like noodles with canned chicken. There was no taste whatsoever. The drink was also watered down.I ordered curbside but ended up going in after it was well past the pick up time. The staff was friendly. When I inquired about why no one was available to come out, she said they weren't allowed to after 8:00pm. I understand this but it would be nice to know before placing a curbside order. It doesn't matter because I will not be visiting this location again. 2 star simply because the staff was nice. Otherwise it would be in the negatives if that were possible.
I was there for 33 mins .. I wanted the happy hour drinks but because the bartender Bre was in the back the whole time i missed it because i waiting . she told my drink order and told me give her a min .. a min turned into 15 mins of waiting then when she was supposed to be making the drink she walked off again .so I left ... I really think she should be working in the kitchen and not as a bartender... GIGI IS THE BEST BARTENDER THEY HAVE.. I'm sad SHE ONLY WORK ON SATURDAYS ... they need to be better with hiring ppl

I give Applebee's a 4 because one thing about this restaurant chain is that it is consistent. You come here because you know what you are going to get. Different locations have different atmosphere's meaning I have had better service in certain locations. With that out of the way, My go to order at Applebees is the spinach dip and the triple brownie meltdown.
My food was tasty and hot when it arrived. All the staff were very nice- even the gentleman who was on break when I needed to find the restroom. My waitress was a gem as were the people who directed me where to go (when I came in the takeout entrance). Seats were nice- table was clean; restroom was clean. I like this place.
This place made me turn around immediately. It was a facial piercings extravaganza! Ole girl had a nose ring and a eye ring. Another had the audacity to have 2 in her lips!! I'll never find out how this place is. Just nasty and insanitary from the beginning.
Food was good but not hot and the pasta was dry. The chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta didn't have enough sauce and the waitress never return with the breadsticks with our meals. But the atmosphere was good and variety on tv. It's really the neighborhood spot!

Food is always good but the 3 times I have order Uber eats I get NO STRAW, NO NAPKINS, AND NO FORK! Please fix this! Bags are always sealed therefore is not the drivers fault.
My favorite Applebees location to date. Great service and nice waitstaff. Just a nice experience.
