We all know what Applebees is. Its decent bar food for a decent price. The bartender at this location was great at my most recent visit. The vibe was cool. I sat at the bar and everyone was friendly and talking to one another.The one bad thing I can say is that they use to have a pretty good happy hour at Applebees but I noticed their new happy hour menu has gotten rid of ALL the appetizers that were good and you can only get half price appetizers for their least popular selections now. birthday? party! stop her at the old neighborship. lol? apfel? been.? good service n nice people working here.? the restaurant was usually clean and organized. we were very happy with the employees? tonight. even the manager helped. googlers u should be seen the teamwork by the hostess, waitress, bartender, waitress, the manager. there was a 4 to 5 family? wait for them? we said 45 to 60 minutes that we should sit? we sat in 30 minutes. definitiw 5 stars? we ordered two doses for $25. we have decided to eat the Sirloin steaks, brokkoli, red garlic? free birthday? dessert? 2. do you have photos?!
The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived, and they had to clean a table for us. We waited for 30 minutes before being served, which made me consider leaving. However, we decided to stay a few more minutes. The waitress eventually came and apologized for the wait. My order was not correct, but my guest's was. The waitress fixed the mistake and checked on us twice. I left her a $10 tip. I'm guessing they were understaffed. I would consider going back to see if the service has improved. Overall, I would give the restaurant 3 stars for the 30-minute wait and the politeness of our waitress.

I love eating at my local Applebee’s in Rowlett!! Always a great atmosphere and great service and food is always great!
We usually get pizza which is very good. Decided to try trio pasta with meat sauce tonight.. it was wonderful.
