Aqua Restaurant Bar Bath

I booked in summer for a hen party meal for in March (we are not local and relied on trip advisor reviews to inform my choice). A week beforehand I was ask to submit preorders, which I did via email. There was...confusion and no response initially from Aqua but once they’d asked me to resend the preorders on a new email thread it was fine. The food is good at Acqua, well all enjoyed our meals but the service was not good. We booked for my hen party and due to illness two of our party couldn't make it. We made the restaurant aware ahead and sent over the exact...meals no longer needed. When the starters came they bought out one we hadn't even ordered as it wasn't an option on our menu and one was wrong. Instead of simply swapping and taking our word for it, the waitress was incredibly rude to my sister (organiser) and refused to believe us, saying we had to have what they had bought out. My sister had to get the email chain out to show the waitress and manager the whole chain, to which they then realised they were in the wrong....

I visited this restaurant on a Monday morning without a reservation and found it to be empty. At first, we weren't sure if it was open, but we were greeted by a beautiful girl named Chloe. The restaurant is located in a beautiful old church, which added to the charm of our visit. The breakfast we had was amazing - my partner had eggs florentine and I had eggs pomodoro, which was the best thing I have ever eaten. The eggs were perfectly cooked and topped with delicious speck. The coffee was also excellent. Chloe was great and recommended the Bath skyline walk to us. Overall, I highly recommend this place - it was definitely the best breakfast I've had in Bath.

This restaurant reminds me of all that is Mediterranean. the service was excellent, Emily was our main provider and when it was needed all the staff made our meal perfect due to the friendly and professional banter , they answered any questions we had esp...as one had a nut allergy. The food , superb is all I can say. We all had a chicken dish and it was juicy and cooked to perfection although mine looked like an ostrich as it was soo big. The roast potatoes and chunky chips were seasoned alongside the apple coleslaw which added a tang Now the white wine was smooth and refreshing but I would recommend the hold prosecco We had a smashing night thank you Aqua

We came here for a birthday meal during a weekend in Bath. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and shown to our table, which was in the middle of the dining area near the entrance. It felt a bit crowded with employees and customers constantly passing by. The restaurant seemed busy but not completely full, with mainly larger groups of hen parties. The service was decent and the food was generally good, but the duck dish we ordered had a bone in the middle of the shredded duck meat. The staff was friendly but appeared rushed. Considering the prices we had seen before booking, we expected a better overall experience.

This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered the avocado and fried eggs on a toasted muffin, and it was absolutely phenomenal. My partner had the Pomodoro eggs and devoured them in seconds. We were very happy that we chose to come here for brunch. The staff was very friendly, especially Chloe who made us feel very welcome. The chef did an excellent job as well. We cannot wait to come back for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you once again for a great dining experience.

Absolutely lovely restaurant. Attended with my dear hubby who absolutely loved the bottomless brunch but loved our waitress poppy even more. Her overall service was great and nothing was too much trouble, really made our experience great. Unfortunately there was a service charge which...due to my anxiety I was afraid to get it removed.

Food was really lovely and the cocktails were top class! Shout out to Eve who was an amazing, she couldn’t have done enough for us and made us feel so welcome! Will definitely be back!

Great food and excellent service from Eve and barman Alex. We have dined here previously and would definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
