Way too overpriced, bad service food was nothing great. Not worth it at all. We also got charged a huge “credit card surcharge” more than I’ve ever seen before! Wanting to know what percentage they charge for credit card surcharge? Also noticed when I left that $1 extra here and there was added to some items on my receipt. Not sure what for! Scamming behaviour horrible service. My apologies, I noticed the receipt was correct. However, rest still stands true. Very horrible customer service, wayyy too overpriced, extremely excessive surcharges I’ve never seen elsewhere before, owner replies in a very rude manner to other people’s feedback. Humble yourself.
The food was amazing, really tasty. But the service really needs to be improved. We all ordered drinks at the same time but only some came out. We then had to ask for two of the drinks 4 times before they came out! One never came because it wasn't in stock, but they never told us until after dinner?! We had to ask for other food multiple times too, because it never came. I understand mistakes happen, but not sure why we should remind staff more than once. I should note that we were refunded the two drinks which was good .
Last night, I celebrated my birthday with friends at Arabella Lebanese Restaurant. The food was homemade, delicious, healthy, and plentiful. The staff, especially Mohammad, were attentive and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by a musical performance dedicated to my birthday. It was a truly special experience. I will definitely be returning.
Really lovely service from booking the reservation to the final farewell at the door. I felt well-looked after given my food intolerances and celebrating my wife's birthday, and appreciated that staff took the time to read the reservation notes carefully. Highly recommend! Staff should be proud this was the perfect experience for us.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was when the best sizzling knafeh dessert came they had created that day. We were delighted. My dining experience at Arabella was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel very special. Thanks Arabella team !!
It was an amazing experience! The food was amazing and the staff took the time to tell me what was and wasn’t gf, they also gave me carrot sticks to use with the dips instead of the Lebanese bread, we got the 60$ per person meal and it was amazing value! The majority of it was gf and The falafels where amazing
Went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner and the food was amazing. The staff were very attentive and polite. We had a table of 15 very hungry people and the food arrived quickly which was great. We ordered the banquet and everyone was so full by the end of it.
The ambiance and service was the best which was i really like it. this time food was really disappointed, i have ordered a lamb mansaf which was full of spices and strong flavour of cinnamon I didn’t like at all. Lamb Skewers was almost burnt. Still love you guys

I absolutely adored this restaurant! Every dish we tasted was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last.
This restaurant serves the best Lebanese food I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and they have a unique and entertaining way of serving hot bread.
