The food is great but the service could use some help .I'm getting really sick when I go into any fast food place and the kids working behind the counter have a face that plainly says I'm bothering them .they never smile never answer with respect never upsell or ask if there's anything else that I would like.. it's absolutely Pathetichow they actually get away with this .. and it's because the manager is the exact same way as the employees . If they don't care then why should they
Our table was dirty. I always carry wipes. The blue dye and soil were incredible. My wipes were blue! I watched the young man clean the tables. A blue Handi wipe was used on every table. No cleaning agent was used. Same cloth on each table. After he was done, he deposited it behind the counter. No gloves. He did not wash his hands. Ugh. I discarded my food, unfinished, and left. I 've been to 3 Arby 's since restrictions were lifted. Never again, ever.
The food was good the service was awful cashier drop my change on the ground and didn't say sorry and gave me my food didn't say have a good day very rude not to say anything to the customers
Had a rubin sandwich and it looked great. But when I went to eat it all I could taste was sauce they put on it. No flavor of the corn beef and that was a shame. Service was good. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was fine. I walked in and immediately got stared at. They cooks started staring and laughing bc I look different and don’t know how too live in 2024. Very unpleasant.
Get the same items each time, charged different price for same item each time. Drinks have been cut in half and more expensive.
More of a gut fill 2 for 7. Waited pulled me up missing items from my order.
