I order the Greek gyros from Arby's a few times a week because they’re delicious. I’d give them 5 stars if the drive-thru line wasn’t always so long. One night, I waited nearly an hour in line, only to find halfway home that my bag had roast beef sandwiches instead of gyros. I had to turn around and wait inside to get my order fixed. This photo is from September 22, today—I actually choked on a piece of plastic inside my gyro. I was excited when I pulled up because there was no line, but my gyro was warm instead of hot, and it had plastic inside. I went inside to show the young lady, and she made a new one for me. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food at the drive-thru, and when I took a bite of my sandwich, it was cold, as if they had just slapped it together. I decided to go inside to get a new sandwich, hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I always thought Arby's was the place for a nice, hot sandwich, but it seems like every time I go there, my sandwich is lukewarm or cold. I'm going to make it clear next time that I want a fresh sandwich right off the grill!
We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service right from the moment we walked in. Chris, who took our order, was fantastic! He managed to multitask by taking orders and assisting the kitchen, all while checking in to see if we needed anything as we ate. This is truly a place that knows how to provide outstanding service! The food was delicious as well, and we left feeling completely satisfied!
A couple of weeks ago, I visited Arby's drive-thru and ordered their buffalo chicken sandwich, which was on promotion—two for seven dollars. However, there was an overwhelming amount of buffalo sauce that completely covered the chicken. To enjoy the sandwich, you might need to wipe off some of the sauce to make it more enjoyable. On a positive note, their shakes are fantastic!

I originally ordered a single for $6.99 but ended up upgrading to a double for just four dollars extra. The Wagyu bacon ranch burger was amazing—juicy and flavorful, never dry. The sauce paired perfectly with the burger. I’m completely satisfied and didn’t even need dinner afterward!
I had a really disappointing experience with the drive-thru staff. They were very rude and unprofessional, and none of them were wearing masks. Given the overall experience, I definitely won't be coming back to this place.
Today, the person working the drive-thru was the friendliest and most energetic I've encountered in a long time! I believe he was even better than most of the staff at Chick-fil-A!
I ordered a hamburger without buns, toppings, cooking, flavor, or meat. I'm surprised they served me this burger (see picture). I give it 5 stars. Thank you!
