I called the store around 8:30 am to see if they were open because it says they open at 8am but I know it’s a holiday so anything could change. I was told that they were open and then I come to the drive thru and no one is answering the speaker. I call again and the same guy answered saying yes they were open so I told him I’m at the drive thru and no one is answering and he just hangs up in my face and no one still answers. I pull up the the drive thru window I was given attitude and then told they weren’t opening till 10:30 am. I just wanted to try that $5 bell breakfast meal. This was my first time coming to this location so this was definitely a horrible first impression.
The atmosphere feels quite dull, and there’s a noticeable lack of energy among the staff. They forgot my drink order, and even after I reminded them it was supposed to be a medium, they brought me a small instead. The place could also use a good cleaning. Overall, it’s just not a great vibe. I believe there’s potential for improvement.
This Taco Bell is literally a joke lol today at 8 pm I was told they could not take my order because they are making orders for other people who have already ordered and told me I had to wait, which I then replied it was fine I could wait and then I was told that I couldn’t wait there I had to leave and come back when they were ready.
This location is horrible!! They are always out of something of they are actually open or selling food. You cant order at the counter just at the kiosk. I went there yesterday and was told we couldn 't order anything fried. Today tried to order a Nacho Bell Grande and what told We can 't do that . Please close this location!! The food was fine. I don't know if this location had a problem with their intercom system or what, but there was a lot of pausing and confusion when it came to my order. When I got to the window, they tried to send me off without the drink that I ordered. I might try ordering ahead next time.
I said no boring and they put extra boring, then eating was cold and it had a little piece of hair in it if it were not for it to be roasted, I would not have noticed it, then they were rude and lay directly on my face and we said we ran out of cinnamon-drill when I saw that many were left
Everything was good. The only reason I ordered Taco Bell on vacation was because Taco Bell in Myrtle Beach South Carolina actually sells the chili cheese burrito which is one of my favorites. We do not have that in Georgia but yes everything was good and I was pleased with my food.
This restaurant is closed. I arrived at 11 o'clock, and there was no one inside. There were no cars driving through either. I placed a pick-up order, but they accused me of something, and I never received my food. This is the worst place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The restaurant needs to improve its customer service and consider hiring new employees. The staff was incredibly rude, and my order was incorrect. This level of service is disappointing and unacceptable. Taco Bell, you can do better!
