I believe her name was Tammy, and she is truly the most incredible and sweetest person I've ever met! Even though the restaurant was understaffed and busy with late-night customers like myself, she remained exceptionally kind and efficient. Tammy made sure that everything was 100% correct before handing me my food, even checking the bag in front of me! She kindly listed everything I had ordered and asked if I wanted to add anything else or if I needed extra napkins. She was outstanding, and I regret how long it took me to write this review! The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and the food is served hot, fresh, and delicious. I can confidently say that this location has greatly renewed my faith in customer service and the quality of a brand. This is one of the many reasons I keep returning to Arby's, no matter which state I'm in.

I visited the drive-through at 8 PM on a chilly night, and Ms. Tammy provided exceptional service! She double-checked our entire order and was incredibly patient with us. Working a Friday night can be tough, but she handled it wonderfully. Thank you, Tammy!
