I love the employees who work at the Arby's Plumbrook location in Sterling Heights. They are very customer oriented, prompt, and friendly. I live closer to another Arby's, but frequent the Plumbrook location for this reason along with their food is fresh, and they never mess up my order. Thank you for the great service and excellent food.
I have been here 4 times in the last month. They always refuse to take my order. Management needs to step in and start taking some responsibility. I can see employees and they literally ignore me. I am usually here later but if I'm here by 9:20 and you don't close until 10. I don't see a problem. At the very least acknowledge my presence
Location would not honor Arby's coupon which we received in flyer in the mail, all other locations have always accepted. I didn't want to argue, so I just stopped at another one, but I don't think they get to choose which coupons to honor.
Staff was rude and in fact the manager got very upset with me. Also my food was cold but I didn't go back because I didn't want to be yelled at again and I was afraid they would fo something to my food. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went through the drive thru, during g lunch. Line was long but moved fairly quickly. Food was hot and the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was 1/2 pound. Really like this location.
Premium chicken nuggets were not premium more like sat around for a cppl hrs then sold after asked for crinkle fries got curly and my pop was flat
This is my third visit to this restaurant, and once again I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food despite being the only person in line.
