I just returned home from the drive-thru and discovered that our large fries were actually just small fries packed into a large container, all stuffed haphazardly into a single medium bag. The staff at the drive-thru were rude, even though the place wasn't busy. Having worked in backline and management at another location for three years, I can confidently say this is the worst service I've ever experienced. I could even see the employees on their phones while I was waiting in line. Here’s a photo of the few fries I managed to salvage from the bottom of the bag, despite having paid for a large order.
Honestly, this restaurant could be so much better, especially since it's the only Arby's in the area. Unfortunately, they often close early, make errors with orders, and don't seem very friendly towards customers. Even though Google shows their hours, they frequently post a sign saying they're closing early. The management really needs to be changed or, at the very least, need to be made aware of their lack of work ethic and customer service skills.
The staff is very friendly. I placed my order through the app, and the only downside was that I had to pay with a card on the app. Other than that, it's always a great experience! The service is quick and the food is fresh.
Parking: There are two parking lots available, including a newly paved one.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is conveniently close to the door.
The staff was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my Greek gyro, though it seemed to have a bit less meat than I remembered from my last visit. I had convinced a friend to join me, but her chicken nuggets weren't fresh. I mentioned this to the manager, who promptly provided her with a fresh batch. Overall, it was a good experience.

I wasn't sure what to order, but the front counter was dirty and the windows were smudged. Additionally, the roast beef was lukewarm.
The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly. My order was correct, and they gave me sweet tea without ice, just as I requested.
The curly fries were greasy after sitting out all day, but the sandwiches were delicious.
Restroom was disgusting , food was lackluster, service was cold and mechanical.
