We haven't eaten at this location in over 4 years, now I remember why. We placed a $24.00+ order at about 5pm.. there weren't any cars in the parking lot nor anyone in line before or after us. The person that took our order was flat in personality and took our money and gave us the drinks then proceeded to the cash register at counter inside. We didn't realize someone else was going to finish the transaction, that was rude maybe that's why our straws were missing, but usually they are in the bag with your food, that's how most fast food places do it. It was ok. It seems that going within the first hour of them opening the food is never as good. I ALWAYS get the French dip, and the au jus is always better later in the day. It seemed very watery and light in color at this location. Staff was ok. The Dr.Peppr was out, and they acted like it was a bother when I'd have the refill my cup with the fountain behind the counter because they didn't want to refill the one i had access to.
This team is always trained and ready to provide excellent customer service. Megan, the GM, is doing awesome keeping up with the high turnover of fast food. Great work, guys!!

I sat in the drive thru for over 12 minutes. At the window they kept opening the window to give me food that was not mine.
Food was on point and service was excellent and employees were fast
