Rooms reserved since the month of June for 17 people and some more available on our arrival it was necessary to re-distribute a re-housing away from home while they were family reunions some came from far away. As for the restoration very bad organisation. Late aperitif in two times champagne then a good time after the amuse-bouche. On the other hand, products served very good. The calf was way too big it would have deserved to be cut everyone couldn't finish. As for dessert it was not what was planned there was to be a big cake since it was two birthdays and we only had individual plates with 2 unhappy slices of other cake and for those who celebrated their anniversary candles on their plat...
We privatized the archipelago for a cousin. For a year, the archipelago team was able to help us in the organization and was listening to us. On Day J, they were entirely available. The place is renovated, very friendly, the reception room has an incredible view of the dome puy, the food was excellent. The rooms are spacious and numerous to receive a large family. There's a lot of land and a trampoline, the kids were thrilled. We unanimously recommend the Volcano Islands, thank you again for everything!!!!
Only one waiter for dinner and seven tables... I was sure we'd be there for a good time. But the Elliot server, I think was really on the helm. Efficient, quick, without rushing. Very impressive. And he took the time to explain to us the strengths of the truffle vis à vis l'aligot ! Thank you, Elliot!
Small hotel that deserves its 3 stars! The rooms are not only spacious and clean but also tastefully decorated. Breakfast and meals are excellent. The staff is very kind. We're far from hotel chains without soul and hiding! I recommend
everything is perfect, the reception, the service very appreciable, the person always smiling, the menu is varied without however offering a multitude of dishes. Here, the dishes are local and delicious.
