DISRESPECTFUL staff. A HORRIBLE experience. I have been coming to Arcos for years. I used to like this cafe, but it seems things have gone downhill lately from the looks of my last experience. The coffee and pastries are good but customer service is horrendous. There are other options in town, no one has to put up with this kind of behavior when they are trying to have a peaceful breakfast, lunch, or afternoon snack.
Delicious coffee and pastries. Four stars for no prices listed; everything blacked out. Other than that it’s a nice cozy little cafe. A little bit cramped but nice nonetheless. Staff is also very friendly. Definitely recommend.
Best pastry shop. I love every pastry. It is so fresh and tasty. It is the one you cannot miss. My friend and I had a beautiful morning at Arcos. The latte coffee are also good. The price is good, much cheaper than NYC.

The Bacalhau à Brás is delicious, the espresso is excellent, and the pastries are to die for. The house-made bread, toasted with butter, is heavenly.
Love their milk bread. Good customer service and love the food. Tables are a bit tight, but it adds to its charm.
I absolutely adore this place! The pastries are outstanding, and the service is incredibly friendly.

"Waited for the food for more than 40 minutes. Asked how much longer we have to wait for the food they said 20 more minutes. Paid 20$ for the tap water with lemonade powder and left. Disappointed"

"I was already a customer of Ah Pizza. Today I ordered a Margherita pizza. The box was not sealed, pizza was cold(okay), with almost no cheese, and the basil was barely presented for the pizza. Disappointed with the pizza that I love the most there at the restaurant."
