Not really on their breakfast menu, but I had a craving for chilaquiles, so they made it for me. Turned out that one of the owners, Sal, liked them too and he asked the cook to make one like he would eat it. Oh yeah, whoever was in the back cooking knew how to cook Mexican food. It tasted like food I used to eat in Rosarito and Ensenada when I lived by the border. It was 8:30 AM, so I refrained from a margarita. But I think I’ll head in sometime and try those and all the fish dishes they had on the menu.
This is by far one of the most authentic Mexican restaurant I have eaten in the Seattle area. Friendly staff, great hospitality, clean and welcoming. Joel the boss is such a great guy and very courteous. He took care of my Hispanic Heritage observation at work and all enjoyed the food.
Had steak soft tacos. You were one of the best. Fresh and tortillas were so good! The kids ate their whole plate, which never happens. Server was SUPER friendly and attentive. In any case, a place we often do.
