This is a cool little restaurant in Bristol that serves up some hearty food and well constructed burgers. I was in a large group and they accommodated us over two tables which was fine. Not one for calorie counters...I had the El Gauco special which was burger and steak; it was easier to eat than it looked in a perfectly toasted brioche bun. The staff were friendly and kept an eye on us although they did forget part of my order and left it on the bill but these things happen. They have a couple of beers on tap and provide water for the table automatically. Some larger jugs of water may be more beneficial to avoid staff going backwards and forwards topping up. I sung here alone tonight. the personal was so lovely and didn't make me feel like a stranger that I am alone. I was looking good and I had a table on the back. it was very cool vibes and I felt very relaxed. my burger was the el don and I had not expected it to be one of the best burgers of my whole life! it smells so good that it kept me in my tracks and I had to try it. it smelled, was so fleshy and although I asked that the patty be done well, it was still really juicy. I looked at the pommes and shy and didn't think it was a big part, but it was right. I think this place is a real gem, and I hope to be back soon to try the spicy chicken wings as they sound like a challenge!
just one of the most delicate burgers I've ever had; if you want to say your burger juicy? they are very pink and it is delicious. great selection of drinks. recommend booking. they have veggie, vegan and kinderburger.
a delicious vegan burger. You really can't go wrong when you're in the mood. also the ambiente this place was great and the people who work there were super nice and attentive! can not wait to go back!
