I've been here for more than 10 years with my family. from all restaurants in the hunt valley cockeysville area, ashland cafe hands down has the best breakfast as well as a good sport and entertainment viewing in their main restaurant. I never sat outside, but I noticed that their outside seats are comfortable and well spread out. Sometimes they have live music as well as trivia and others to entertain. all traditional eating is good, but I go all the time to breakfast and that is where it really stands out with variety and quality and I have hardly ever had to wait for more than 10 minutes to eat.
I find it hard to believe that they can no longer just order a sandwich in ashland caffe. they are forced to have a side of fritten or cole Slav with him (even if they reject the side, they still load them for them) the owner told me that there is no FRIES button there has never been a no FRIES button! the owner would like to take a $1.50 from the price if they only get a sandwich. I bought so many sandwiches over the years. a corn beef sandwich is now $11.65 in ashland caffe.

My family has been going to Ashland for years. we have even organized large gatherings there. one for the gathering after my father's funeral for example. we also would go every week for trivia with a group and buy dinner and drinks. so, it is safe to say we have brought a lot of business into this establishment. From rhe outside parking lot, the place looks like a convience store. Inside was eh, but outdoor seating looked more inviting. They did have a good selection on their menu and prices were decent. My husbands himefries came out cold although the top was hot ans the plate was hot which made it seemed it was from a microwave! I'm a regular to Ashland for breakfast. It's close to work and has a down home feel. My go to is scrambled eggs and cheese with a order of bacon and homefries. The bacon is always on point. I did have the cream chip beef the other day for the 1st time and must say that it was quite tasty over toast. Give it a visit and you won't be disappointed
Unique joint the company is ferocious. I like that's there's a smooth watering hole for radiant cougars this side of the Potomac. The food is excellent as is the staff. Like many cafes they have an extensive menu. I like the fact they serve breakfast all day. Sometimes I'm in the mood for breakfast food at supper time and here I can get it. It's a great place I enjoy.
