Their dishes are not greasy or heavy; they're always fresh, and they never mix old dishes with newly prepared ones (believe me, you can taste the difference). The oil they use is consistently fresh, as they don’t reuse cooking oil, which also makes a noticeable difference. They don’t skimp on the quality of their ingredients, whether it's meat or vegetables.
Our family has roots from Kapampangan, Manila, and Ilocos, so we pride ourselves on being excellent cooks and are particular about the dishes we order. We're not being snobbish; we simply know how authentic Filipino food should taste, and Asian One is the only Filipino restaurant we can trust! Thank you for sharing your wonderful food...
I saw online that they had prepared food, but no whole Filipino restaurant expected. All foods are amazing and although it is not super cheap, the portion sizes are enormous and makes for them. Tried Filipino food from Queens and I have to say that's better. Also a note that everyone is so friendly and welcoming to take their time to explain dishes that you are unfamiliar; and recommend things based on your preference. They also have a small selection of Asian goods in their food area not expect a whole supermarket, but you can not have things other stores around.
Stop buying Asian spices/products. They have discovered their own small restaurant with fresh, authentic Filipino dishes! Lechon Kawali aka deep roasted pig bell was very good! Ginataang Manok aka chicken cooked in coconut milk with spinach was phenomenal!! In any case it will try again, more of the tasty!
I usually visit for her chicken and Nishiki rice, both of which are fantastic. The kimchi is excellent; it has an authentic Korean flavor. They also have another restaurant, although I haven't tried that one yet. I've noticed that the clientele is mostly Korean locals, which is a good sign!

This is a great store for Filipinos like me. My husband and I often come here to buy Filipino food, and my daughter also enjoys some of the traditional dishes!
Delicious food and friendly service! There are only a handful of tables so I would come early.
