Located just a short walk from the Empire Theatre, this restaurant is in an excellent location for a pre-show meal. We booked a table for 5pm and had a relaxing dinner for a couple of hours. We never felt rushed, just enjoyed our delicious food and good conversation. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The king prawn starter was light and fresh, the pizza was fabulous, and the honeycomb cheesecake was a must-try. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends looking for a nice place to eat.
always a winner! from the atmosphere to eating meets this place every time! made immediately welcome by simon and he took care of the rest of our meal, excellent service. the n 'duja teigbälle as starter would recommend enough to share for 2 as long as they can handle a light sharp kick. I had a few different main things, but the one for me must be the lasagne and generous is one must go. if I could give this court more than 5*, I would, great worth for money, can't wait to come back!
we had a great meal here last night, everything was delicious, except the bruscetta star who was a little stale and tasteless. the service was fast and our waiter was very friendly. the only other thing I found surprisingly was that the two most important pasta dishes were still full of price £15) despite us asking the meat to be removed from them. I would have expected them to be a little less because they are vegetarian, but that's just a thought and maybe I'm wrong.
Really only would recommend if you had a discount as it's a bit pricy for food and drink but it's nothing wow. Food was OK, enjoyable but not delicious, chairs uncomfortable and table wasn't great and service pretty average. I also burned my hand on a skillet they served my dish on, but I was warned it was hot so I didnt complain but it was pretty bad and the dish it was. Served on wasn't big enough for it so would reconsider that for clumsy people like me

I made a reservation online without any issues. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Empire Theatre, making it a great option for a meal before a show. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Although my meal was decent, my chicken Caesar salad would have been improved if the chicken had been warm.
Ask Italian have a great selection of gluten free dishes including Pasta, Pizza, Meat dishes, risotto and desserts. Their Chocolate Etna is to die for! Staff are knowledgable and food is good.
I loved the pizzas at this restaurant. The slow cooked lamb I had was outstanding. My wife tried a custom veggie pizza and she loved it too. We will definitely be back.
Very good selection and dedicated gluten free menu. Special gluten-free waiter. Food was served marked with gluten-free.
