Don't make a reservation for more than 8 people on a Sunday...In actuality, we had to call the waitress after 3/4 hours to order drinks before being dehydrated. We left before we could order, or at 4:00 we were still there. No word of excuse from the person in charge, but rather a "not to book here," "I only have a waitress and a cook" while she turned her thumbs. No thanks or goodbye. The two black points:- hold endless-. lack of smile and human warmth from the waitress. When I go to 283 it's to eat good meat! The chef is an old butcher, that's why it's so good!A great service, smile, friendliness....Brussels, we feel good!The cocktail "on 283" is very well-docked!Excellent pavé sauce maroilles!No dessert for us but an excellent irish coffee!

the dominic leader and his team welcomed us in a super pleasant setting. large terrace. wide choice of dishes. everything is made home and the plates are very generous. staff are attentive and effective. a great address to spend a friendly moment with family or friends!!!
