This bakery-pastry shop offers varied and delicious biscuits, breads and cakes! We were passing through Paulhan this weekend. The pastry chef agreed to make 2 cakes on the spot for the planned birthday! He welcomed me with sympathy and simplicity and was available to carry out our request! The cakes were excellent and appreciated! Thank you again for your spontaneity and welcome!!
Hello, to respond to your comment Ms. Cindy, I would like to point out that the apple pie and the chocolate shortbreads are certainly not frozen and are made day by day! Being an intern at this bakery, I see the pastry chef making it for the same day! I don't see what you're relying on to say that it's frozen! Thank you and good day !
The Au Bon Pain bakery is an impeccable place, it is always clean, the sellers are conscientious and attentive and this bakery deserves top marks. Better bakery than what negative people say. I recommend this bakery
