Stopped here as one of the few options in the area which seemed open and looked inviting on a Saturday lunchtime. Only wanting a light lunch we were told the restaurant had no ham and no cheese (very hard to believe in a French restaurant! ...but were offered a plate of smoked carp and salad which was really excellent. We were very pleased to be able to sample this speciality of the region. Friendly service. Planning a return visit for a full meal!
in an old house with beautiful square in front of the apero. food in the regular speking is far above average. especially the Canadian self-damped salmon and or the entrecote flambee au cognac. the place is a beautiful trip through asace just half an hour from...basel .
Always crowded with local families. Food is served at a nice pace, so you have the option to go the french way (2,5 hrs for a bon repas) or a quick dinner/lunch. We loved the entrecote, deserts are perfect.

We eat! There is very good meat (e.g. red gold, lamb or chicken) served in a very nice serving with good accompaniments. restaurant to discover for all meat lovers and good eaters. I highly recommend!
on the sunny terrace she held a lunch. great food. when we wanted to go, we discovered a flat tire on one of our bikes. the owner who is also a biker was so friendly to repair it. great service. thx.
