Who believed her! In Thil-sur-Arroux there is a very good table referenced in the Michelin Guide! If we don't know we'd pass in front of the Ventru Pig like any village inn. And yet it's not any kitchen you'll find here. Local and fresh products in the plate are reworked to create gourmet dishes and often surprising. This phrase echoes the ham foam that was part of my entry. Unsurprisingly the products of Burgundy are put to the spotlight: snails, cheeses, meat ... to satisfy your appetite.
