I 'm not enormously into vegan/vegetarian food (but I 'm trying to eat more of it because of the health and environmental benefits). Despite this, I was genuinely impressed by the food here. A stand-out for me was the 'duck ' pancakes (Chinese style with hoisin sauce and cucumber in a light crepe). I 'm not sure if it was soy or wheat based, but the 'meat ' was really delicious/satisfying. If I didn 't look at it closely and know exactly what I was eating beforehand, it could absolutely pass for duck. I had the crispy bacon and cheese burger on a sesame seed bun, which included beef, crispy bacon, delicious cheese, lettuce, tomato, Spanish onion, relish, and herbed mayonnaise. The burger was juicy and paired perfectly with a soft drink. It wasn't very crowded when I visited (around 2 PM), and the service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely go back and try it again! One of my favourite restaurants in Australia. I make sure to visit whenever I'm travelling to Canberra. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and their menu is deep and varied. And I think it tastes even better knowing you are supporting a business with an ethic of non-harm to all living beings. We had great burgers, opting for the Impossible burgers, which never disappoint. The chips were decent, and the onion rings were delicious, although they appeared to be the last ones from the packet, containing some odd burnt crispy bits. The staff were very friendly and attentive, although the person taking our order seemed a bit weary, which is understandable on a quiet Sunday night in Woden.

This restaurant is fantastic! I arranged for a pick-up, and the food was being freshly prepared just as I arrived. The dishes were amazing, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return!
