Despite looking a touch touristy from the outside, the interior and cuisine seemed to be very typical of the region, with the food being of good quality. We ate from the Menu Terroir which had a choice of local salad/terrine chevrieul starter, Sanglier stew/trout...fillets mains, local cheese/sweet choice to finish. My wife and I tried each main and starter, and then the cheese. All were well cooked and presented, and the cheeses were of good quality compared to many we have had locally. Went for lunch with my wife and daughters. Service was young, efficient and very welcoming. Foie gras as starter was very good and quite a big portion.Can be shared. The trout is their speciality and very delicately prepared.Came with a peeled cooked tomato.Gratin and a...variety of sauces.Beef was also excellent. Desserts were excellent.Loved the creme brulée and nougat. Unfortunately was driving so couldn't try the wine but they promote the Jura region. Excellent value for money. We found this restaurants after hiking in the Jura mountains. The restaurant is located close to the however, the traffic noise is almost not audible. The speciality are trouts from their own fishpond. They were absolutely delicious. Also the side dishes (rice and vegetables)...are very tasty, however, they serve only a very small amount. A bit tough after an afternoon of hiking ... one point less.
we stopped eating south. we were booked and warmly welcomed at the arrival. service was excellent and attentive. waitstaff was welcoming and helpful and very tolerant for my poor French and actually spoke very good English to me. the food was excellent. a very pleasant couple of hours. will definitely think new when we are back in jura
Excellent hotel with a nice restaurant (good quality of ingrediants). Our room was cozy with a balcony. However, it is located right next to a road, luckily not many cars passing at night, so it didn't bother me much. The breakfast was good, would be even better to have more salty choices. Staff are friendly. Everything was good!

there on a snow-covered winter evening. the restaurant has a charming large fireplace in the middle. some of the best food I've ever had. remember the lenses fois-gras purée. conscious and competent staff.
