It wasn't a problem, so we removed them from the room. Of course, it doesn't say anything about food, here too we were surprised by the excellent quality and the beautiful presentation of food. there is a very complete wine list with excellent wines and even if you don't want to pay the main price, there are delicious wines available. Georges-Victor schmitt can be proud of the work of his life! one of the best hotels-restaurants in the east of france! It's all here! the hotel is an experience, breakfast too! and not just the truffled eggs! food here is always fantastic, I've been there at least 30 times! the wine list of the great art! a very special boss with a very special house!
I didn't know what to expect. The foie gras in the entrance was just a perfection. for the dish, the beef was melted as not possible. and what to say of the praline macaron. But what made me feel the most, it was the salted butter caramel. A pure wonder! I'm gonna deprive myself of two restaurants just to go back. Thank you!
the note for two , more than 200 euros , much too expensive compared to similar establishments especially the prices of drinks , slow service , the dishes are not at the height of the prices.
